Elli is built on collaboration. Once you become an Elli Assistant, you become an extremely important part of Elli. With Elli you have the ability to turn your miles into money by picking up orders on behalf of others and delivering to their location.

An Elli assistant is not limited to using any particular vehicle or medium to fulfill your requests. You can run deliver with a bicycle, motorcycle or a car.

Requirements

  • You should own a smart phone
  • You must have a valid ID card either a student,Voters or Health Insurance ID cards respectfully

Who can be an Elli Assistant?

Anyone can be an Elli Assitant. This is to you the worker on route to the office. To the student on his way from Lectures to the Hall, or even a freelancer on route to meet a client. Becoming a Elli Assistant is for you. Don't waste your precious moving miles

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Terms of being an Elli Assistant

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

    Guide As an Elli Assistant

This section is used to inform Elli Asistants on the rules and guidelines of using our Service.

  • A user has to register as an Elli Assistant with personal information to accept orders. Also, Voters ID, student ID or Health Insurance need to be provided.
  • Elli Assistants must buy products with their money and purchase whatever a user requests for. In any case of emergency or help, contact the user either by call or text through Elli messenger
  • Elli Assiatants will receive notificatons when a placed order is within their location range. You'll be notified if any order is within 1.5km radius of your current location.
  • Elli Assistants must to take full responsibility for the orders they carry. They must to treat the product or order like theirs.If anything they carry has any punctures or the product has been tampered with the buyers reserve the right to reject the product.

    Also, assistants must ensure the product is in good shape before purchasing the product.
