Frequently Asked Questions

Phone Verification.

I can't verify my phone number.Why?

  • You can only sucessfully verify a phone number you own.
  • Your phone number must be able to recieve phone calls and SMS messages to be verified.
  • You must have Internet Connection through mobile data or Wi-Fi. Verification may not work if you have bad Internet Connection.

    • How to verify?

    1. Enter your phone number
      • Enter your phone number correctly. Do not start with a 0 before your phone number.
    2. Tap Next to request a code.
    3. Enter the 6-digits code you recieve via SMS.

    If you still didnt recieve the 6-digits code

    • Wait for sometime and retry. The wait might take approximately 5-10 minutes.
    • Do not guess the 6-digits code. Wait patiently for the code.

Updating Elli.inc

You can easily update Elli.inc from your phone's application store. Search for Elli.inc app and tap Update

We encourage all our users to always use the lastest version of Elli.inc

How long does it take for my order to get delivered?

Delivery time varies from all Elli Assistants. It also depends on the number of orders one has. If one has more deliveries to make, wait patiently to receive your delivery.

How much money can I earn?

With Elli, you can earn good money depending on the type of deliveries you make per the distance and time of your delivery. The faster your delivery, the more you earn. Just do it Elli.

How do I place an Order?

I can't place an order.

  • Tap the Order button from the list of menus below.
  • Tap Select a place to order from.
  • Select your current location from the map.
  • Pick a Delivery Location.
  • Enter whatever you want from this location with all neceassary details.
  • Tap the yellow button at the right hand corner to place your order.

How can I view my Order?

  • Tap My Requests button to access your pending order.
  • Tap the View option.

How do I accept an order?

  • Tap any particular order in the Home screen.
  • Tap the View order option
  • Tap the button on the right hand corner accept an order.

How can I cancel my order?

I need to cancel my order! How can I do this?

  • Tap My Requests button to access your pending order.
  • Tap the Remove option to remove the order.

How do I know where my order has been sent?

Where is my Order?

After you place any order, all Elli users in the radius of your specified location will be notified of your order.

Anyone in that radius can accept your order, purchase anything you need and deliver it right at your doorstep.

I don't receive notificatons.

Why?

You can change your configurations on notifications in your phone's settings.

Phones Notification Settings

Go to your phone's Settings > Apps & Notifications > Elli > Notifications. On most phones, you will have the option to;

  • Block all notifications from this app.
  • Allow the app's notifications be heard when Do not Disturb mode is set to Priority mode only.
  • Allow this app to emphasize certain notifications by sliding them briefly into view on the current screen.

You can also navigate phone's Settings app > Sound & Notifications to adjust notificatons volume.
